Strategy and Business Consulting
Fix the process the business actually runs on
We map how work really gets done, redesign it around the outcome, and manage the projects that put the new process in place.

The process on paper is rarely the process
Every organization has an official process and a real one. The real one lives in workarounds, spreadsheets and the memory of whoever has been there longest. It holds up until that person is out, the volume doubles, or someone tries to put software on top of it and discovers nobody agrees on what the software should do.
We start by drawing the process as it actually runs. That means sitting with the people doing the work, from the shop floor to accounting, and following every path a piece of work can take. The drawing alone often changes the conversation. On one engagement, mapping a single repair process onto one large flowchart was the first time anyone could see how many paths really existed.
From there we redesign around the outcome: fewer hand-offs, rules where people were making the same judgment call by hand, and a clear owner for each step. Where software helps, we say where and why. Where it does not, we leave it out.
Project and program management, built in
A redesigned process only matters once it is running. We manage the work that gets it there: scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, and a steady rhythm of demos so leaders can see progress instead of hearing about it. Our product owners and project leads adapt to how your teams already work rather than importing a framework for its own sake.
How the work runs
1Map the current state
We walk the process with the people who do it and document every path, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.
2Find the real cost
We identify where time, errors and rework pile up, and which of them matter most to the business.
3Redesign around the outcome
We simplify hand-offs, replace repeated judgment calls with rules, and give each step a clear owner.
4Plan and run the rollout
We sequence the change into phases, manage the dependencies and risks, and demo progress as it lands.
5Measure and adjust
We agree on the measures up front and check the new process against them once it is running.
What you leave with
A current-state process map, exceptions included
A future-state design with a clear owner for each step
A prioritized list of improvements, including where software helps and where it does not
A phased implementation plan with dependencies and risks
Project leadership through rollout, with regular demos
“In just a very short time frame they had mapped out our process really well, as if they actually perform it on a daily basis.”

Honest answers
Does process improvement always end in new software?
No. Some of the most valuable changes are a clearer hand-off, a rule written down, or a decision given to one owner. When software is the right answer, the process work makes it far cheaper to build, because the requirements already exist.
Which project management framework do you use?
The one that fits your organization. We have run work under Agile, Lean and traditional plan-driven approaches, and we would rather adapt to how your teams already operate than make them learn a new vocabulary to work with us.
How involved does our team need to be?
Enough to show us how the work really happens and to make decisions when they come up. We keep the ask focused: short interviews, working sessions with the people closest to the process, and regular reviews with whoever owns the outcome.
