Leadership and Training

Companies that help organizations pick and grow their people, and the platforms that have to deliver it.

Companies in this sector sell judgment. What they deliver is a report, a program, a framework, something that helps an organization decide who to hire, who to promote, and how to develop the people it already has. The research behind that is the hard part, and it is usually what these companies are best at.

Delivery is what gets in the way. The people who own the material are rarely the people who can ship it, so the work backs up behind a development queue and the pace of the business ends up set by engineering capacity rather than by the research.

That is the problem we tend to get called for. The work below is one example: a product build that ran three to six months, rebuilt so the product owners and content editors who know the material assemble it themselves, in under a day.
