What We Do

AI that earns its keep

Generative AI, machine learning and agentic systems, applied where they solve a real business problem and governed so you can trust what they do.

The pressure arrived before the strategy

Almost every leadership team we talk with feels the pressure to do something with AI. Fewer have agreed on what, where it would pay off, or what they are willing to let it decide. That gap is where money gets wasted: pilots that impress in a demo and never reach production, tools nobody adopts, and systems trusted with decisions nobody can check.

AI is the most useful tool added to our kit in a long time, and the most oversold. It reads a decades-old codebase in a fraction of the usual time, classifies what no person has the hours to review, and takes repetitive work off your team's plate. Used carelessly, it produces confident nonsense. The difference is the engineering discipline around it.

Why these three belong together

Generative AI works with language and content. Machine learning finds patterns in your own data. Agentic AI acts on its own within limits you set. Real problems often call for more than one, and some call for none: a well-built script or a clear rule is often the better answer, and we will say so. We start from the business problem and pick the tool, not the other way around.

Our own engineers build with AI every day under a methodology we call CADENCE, where the expert leads and the machine does the heavy lifting. We bring the same discipline to the AI we build for you.

  • Generative AI

Readiness, use cases scored on value and risk, and pilots built with guardrails, with honest answers about where AI does not fit.

  • Machine Learning

Models for problems buried in more data than any team can review, measured against real outcomes and maintained.

  • Agentic AI

Agents that carry out real work within limits enforced by the architecture, with logging, audit and human review.
