Dana Dudley

About

Dana Dudley is SEQTEK’s Chief Technology Officer, and she leads SEQTEK’s Localshoring® consulting team. She started out as a software developer and data analyst, and she never really left that work behind. Three decades later, she is still involved in shaping how systems get designed and platforms get built, and is still happiest working alongside the teams that deliver them.

Her career began in energy and industrial automation, with early years at Shell Oil and consulting engagements with Williams and Occidental Petroleum. That same discipline carried into healthcare, finance, retail, and education. Technologies change over a career. What holds steady is listening to a client’s business problem, shaping a solution that fits how they actually work, and guiding a team to build and ship it.

At SEQTEK, Dana owns how the work gets done, from process definition to engineering practice to delivery. She measures success the same way every time: by whether the software goes live, holds up in production, and delivers the outcome the client was after. She leads by example because she is a developer at heart, still drawn to the puzzle of solving a business problem with technology.

For her, the most meaningful part of the work is earning a client’s trust, which comes from saying what SEQTEK will do and then delivering. Close behind is mentoring the next generation of technical leaders, the engineers who will carry that standard forward.
